Firehouse Museum | Stalham

Stalham Firehouse Museum is an excellent free day out for everyone to enjoy! Visit the Firehouse museum and see old fire fighting equipment, a wartime pump and two greatcoats. You can also look at books and photos of past fires.

Stalham Firehouse opened in 1833 and is one of the oldest organised fire brigades in Britain. It's open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 12pm and then 2pm until 4pm.

The firehouse has been restored in 2002 and is open to all to view for free. It's even run entirely by volunteers - wow! Stop by for a visit if you're in the area. It's a really lovely local piece of history.

Check out the website for more information. Hope you enjoy your visit!
