Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford is a must for history and culture buffs all across the world. Founded in 1884, Pitt Rivers Museum has established itself as one of the world's leading archaeology museums with nearly half a million fascinating artefacts (including the world-famous Amazonian shrunken heads).

Admission to the Pitts Rivers Museum is free, but as always, donations are warmly welcome. The Museum is open from 10.00 - 16.30 Tuesday to Sunday, and 12.00 - 16.00 on Mondays.
