The Bilsthorpe Heritage Museum is open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Inside you'll find a variety of memorabilia and interesting displays about the history of the local area.

Bilshthorpe village has a long history of coal mining, and in 1997 the Heritage Society formed to make sure artefacts and memorabilia would not be lost to time. 

Admission is free, although donations are welcome! This would be a lovely free day out for all the family to enjoy. There are different opening hours during the winter, so be sure to click the pink button to check details before you travel.
