St Columb's Cathedral | Derry, Northern Ireland

There's so much to see and do in Derry, including paying a visit to St Columb's Cathedral! This stunning religious building was the very first Cathedral built after the Reformation.

It's the city's most historic building and you can pop inside to see the artefacts from the Siege on display!

Dedicated to the name of St. Columba (Columb), the Ulster monk who established a Christian settlement in Derry in the sixth century, it is now home to a variety of exhibitions and religious relics that you can spend hours learning all about.

The best part is that entry is free, but a donation is suggested.

The complete restoration was only finished back in 2011, so it's well worth visiting to observe the handy work of the dedicated workmen who brought this building back to life.

Concessions: Free entry
