Redgate Farm Animal Sanctuary | Markfield, Leicestershire
Redgate Farm Animal Sanctuary was founded in August 1986 by the Redmile family.
They are an animal shelter that rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes a variety of animals in need. The Sanctuary is open to visitors 7 days a week between 12 and 3:30pm (except Christmas eve and Christmas day). Entry is free, but donations are warmly welcomed to help care for the animals.
The sanctuary closed to public viewing during the pandemic, so be sure to click through and check the website for an update to plan your trip before travelling.
This is a lovely free day out for all the family to enjoy.
