Travel by Bus - By travelling to different cities by bus you may find that it's a lot cheaper than if you were to go by train, especially if you book in advance. Take a look at what deals National Express or Megabus has to offer, you could even find yourself a seat for £1 if you book early!
Travel by Train - Getting a Family & Friends Railcard could save you up to a 1/3 off adult fares and 60% off rail fares for your children. There is a restriction on the card however, you can't use it during rush hour.
Restaurant Vouchers - Visit our Restaurant Vouchers for details of how to get money off dozens of restaurants when you travel around the UK.
Free Entry - In 2001 free entry was reintroduced at national museums in England, Wales and Scotland which had previously charged admission. This means that there are now no excuses to get yourself down to museums to learn more about local and world history! If possible, please consider giving a donation to help run the cheap or free attractions that we list, especially if you enjoyed your trip.
