John Jarrold Printing Museum | Norwich, Norfolk

If you're looking for a free day out and you are a fan of the traditional printed press, John Jarrold Printing Museum is definitely the free day trip for you! 

Take a trip down to printing machines past and learn about all sorts of techniques, from composing, to letterpress, to lithography and binding. It all looks very exciting and intense.

The Museum is open from 09.30 to 12.30 every Wednesday and is operated solely by volunteers. Walk down Whitefriars Bridge then follow the path towards St James Mill and the museum is located at the far end of the mill. It's part of a larger organisation and is only open one day a week so make sure you plan your visit well. Enjoy!
