Any day out at the seaside is a day well spent, but why not make it a fun educational day too, with a visit to the Lifeboat Station in Shoreham!
The RNLI have been saving lives from this base for 155 years, they offer a vital service so we can all enjoy the sea with peace of mind.
You can visit the station in person, or you can take a look around using their Google Maps street view on the website.
The station is open from 10am to 2pm from Monday to Friday and from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
You'll spend time with a volunteer tour guide who will show you around the station, and don't forget to visit the gift shop at the end!
