Freebie Finder of the Week - Laura

Freebie Finder of the Week - Laura

We want to find out more about our Freebie Finders, so we will be conducting a series of interviews which we will feature in our blog!

Today you will meet Laura, our Freebie Finder of the Week. Laura was picked because she was extremely helpful to new users on the MagicFreebiesUK Facebook page. We had to find out more!

Hello there! What’s your name and where are you from?

Hello!  My name is Laura and I live in Dudley in the West Midlands.

How long have you been visiting MagicFreebiesUK?
Not very long really.  I only started 'freebie-ing' in December 2011 and I've only been entering comps for the last month.

What has been the best freebie you’ve received?
Oh gosh!  I never 'look a gift horse in the mouth' so I treasure every freebie I get!  My favourite practical freebie was the Nivea face cream as its lovely and I've also received baby wipes and nappies which are very useful as I have a one year old daughter.  However, the BEST freebie is a bracelet I won in a competition (or my MagicFreebiesUK magnet :-) )

What’s your favourite part about the MagicFreebiesUK website (apart from the freebies of course!) and why?
My favourite part of the website is the face that MagicFreebiesUK try to keep up-to-date with the freebies they post.  Samples and freebies are notorious for running out quickly, if one does, they try to change it on the website so people are aware.
I also love the Facebook page as it can be like a little 'family' with people sharing the freebies and comps they find with each other.

What’s your top tip for new Freebie Fans?
As I've said, don't 'look a gift horse in the mouth', a freebie is a freebie and nothing to be sniffed at!  :-)  Also, be quick as freebies do go fast and be patient as some things can take a while to arrive.  I tend to forget what I've applied for and so when it arrives it's a lovely surprise!  My top tip would be to create an email address to use solely for freebies and comps so that you can keep your personal information separate from them.

If you had the chance to give away a freebie, what would it be?
Personally, I'd like a deodorant freebie as that's the only thing I'm missing at bath time :-)  But for a nice freebie for all would be tickets to a freebie convention where we could pick up free things to our hearts content!

Thanks for taking your time to let us interview you Laura, it was lovely to find out more about you!
