Are you lazy? If you are I have 5 easy workouts you can do in your day-to-day life.
1. Toothbrush wall squats
Next time you go to brush your teeth, stand against the wall with your legs extended out, Slowly bend your knees until you have reached a seated position. Start holding the squat position for 30 seconds and work your way up to a minute.
2. Silent ab workout
When you're at work or on the sofa, why not work on your abs? Sit up straight and squeeze your abs for 30 seconds - this is one set. Now repeat four times with a minute between each set. As your abs get stronger, increase the amount of sets you do.
3. Advert break star jumps
Instead of hitting the fast-forward button, stand up from the sofa and start doing star jumps. The fitter you become the faster you can jump!
4. Get off the bus a stop early
If you don't get the bus, you can also get off a tube stop early or park further away than you would normally. You will be saving money and you will be burning more calories by walking a greater distance than you do normally.
5. Toilet break squats
This is a bit of a strange one, but squats are fantastic for toning up your legs and bottom. When you go for a quick loo-break in the day why not practice 5-10 squats. It will soon start getting easier and you can do more!
