You can naturally detoxify your body with a few easy steps with what nutritionists like to call an “easy-tox”. These small changes can gently cleanse your body of toxins and help you feel healthy and revived!

Cleanse Inside and Out - Start the day with dry-brushing your skin for ten minutes before your morning shower to encourage toxins to release. Then, have a hot water with slice of lemon and ginger to stimulate digestion and liver function. 

Fill up on Fibre - To flush out toxins eat plenty of food rich in fibre. Brown rice and vegetables including cabbage, broccoli, beetroot, and radishes are all high-fibre detoxifying foods that are inexpensive and easy to work into your diet.

Drink Water Before Food - To achieve the recommended 8 cups a day, have a large glass of water before any meal or snacks. This will also help avoid over-eating when your body mistakes dehydration for hunger.
