Free M&S The Big Daddy Bar
M&S Sparks members, there's a lovely treat waiting in your app! M&S are giving away their viral Big Daddy bar completely free through The Parent Hood — their community for parents within the Sparks scheme. The bar is usually £8.50, and you can choose between the original (milk and dark chocolate with caramel, peanut butter and roasted peanuts) or the pistachio version. Made Without and Plant Kitchen options are also available.
Here's the important bit: this offer is only available to Sparks members who were already signed up to The Parent Hood before 6 June 2026. If you joined before that date, open your Sparks app, head to The Parent Hood section, and activate the free treat offer there. You've then got until 22nd June 2026 (Father's Day) to use it in-store when scanning your Sparks card at the till.
