Free Sky Gardening Challenge Seeds
The National Trust have teamed up with Sky for their 2026 Gardening Challenge, and it's completely FREE to join!
Got a balcony, a Juliet balcony, or even just a window box? Sign up and you'll get some seeds and access to exclusive online workshops packed with tips on growing plants, herbs and flowers in small spaces, plus a free digital growing guide for balconies, pots and window boxes.
Once signed up, you can also get involved in free in-person workshops running in Birmingham, London and Manchester throughout May, June and July — covering everything from balcony basics to food growing and wildlife-friendly planting. Places are limited so it's worth booking early. There's also a competition launching on 1st June 2026, where the best sky gardeners from across the country can share their story for a chance to win prizes (details to follow).
