The Gym Group are giving away FREE one-day passes — and all you need is a promo code to get yours. A day pass gives you full access to your chosen gym for the whole day (gym opening time until close), including group exercise classes at no extra cost. The pass normally costs from £7.99, so this is a decent saving.
To claim, head to The Gym Group's day pass page via our pink button below, find your nearest participating gym, select "1 Day Pass", and pick your preferred date. At checkout, enter the promo code GOALS to bring the price down to £0. You'll receive an entry PIN by email and text — keep hold of it, as you'll need it to get in and out of the gym on the day.
