Free EV Charging at RAW Charging
EV drivers, this one's for today only! To mark World EV Day (Wednesday 9th September 2026), RAW Charging are opening up their entire AC network — covering more than 400 locations across the UK — completely free of charge, from 12:01am right through to 11:59pm. No app, no account, no fuss: just tap your contactless bank card to start and stop your charge.
Free charging is available at retail parks, National Trust properties, RHS gardens, Greene King pubs, Merlin Entertainments sites, McArthurGlen shopping destinations and more. A selection of DC rapid and ultra-rapid hubs (up to 300kW) are included too, at locations including Chesterfield, Aberdeen, Dudley, Peterborough, Leicester, Stoke-on-Trent and several Greene King pubs across England.
