Free Letter from Santa
Royal Mail's magical Letters to Santa service is back for 2026! Kids can write a letter to Father Christmas and, if it reaches him in time, he'll send a reply back — how lovely is that?
A brilliant little Christmas treat for young ones, and completely free to receive.
Here's what to do: your child writes their letter and addresses the envelope to Santa/Father Christmas, Santa's Grotto, Reindeerland, XM4 5HQ.
Make sure they pop a real stamp on the envelope (stamps cost from 85p at the Post Office), include their full name and home address on the back, and get it posted by Wednesday 9 December 2026 so Santa has time to reply before Christmas.
Braille, large print, and — new this year — BSL video replies can also be arranged by emailing santamail@royalmail.com.
