Now this newsletter is really nifty. Save the Student is your one-stop-shop for fantastic student bargains, guides and money saving tips. The folks over on that website really know what they’re doing and are always on top of all the latest student deals. It’s really worth signing up to their handy dandy weekly newsletter too.

This is one you may not have heard of if you’re a new student. But trust us, it’s fantastic. Signing up to TOTUM can get you not only a really nifty form of ID, but also a debit card tailored for students - cool! 

On top of that, a TOTUM membership will grant you access to a veritable treasure chest abundance of great offers, deals and discounts. For instance, if you have a TOTUM card, you can get 20% off at Levi’s, save money booking trips via Trip.com, get 20% at JD and more — not deals to be sniffed at, mind you! Register with Student Beans

Student Beans is another very useful site to sign up to, a lot like Unidays. Like Unidays, they work with brands to get students some special discounts on great products and services - think Deliveroo, Domino’s, Uber, etc. Sound good? Get signed up to Student Beans here and be sure to check back regularly to see what discounts are available. Of course, we reckon signing up to the MagicFreebies newsletter and checking the website is a great idea. Not only do we have freebies that anyone can claim that are very handy to have, like a free Greggs Coffee, or free M&S Sweets, but we also look out for and post some student-only freebies that are super handy.

If you’re looking to get some shiny new stuff that sometimes hasn’t even hit the shelves yet, your best bet is to sign up to product testing sites. There are loads of them, but the best ones that have the most frequent new stuff are SuperSavvyMe and Superdrug.

SuperSavvyMe is run by P&G to test its new products — you may be familiar with them, but itthey owns longstanding household name brands like Fairy, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Oral-B, Ariel, Gillette, and way more. Their testing programmes always ask for hundreds, if not thousands of testers, so you really are in with a chance if you sign up! Sign up here.

We’re all familiar with Superdrug, and their testing community website is a great way to bag some beauty goodies, totally for free. They quite literally run new tests all the time, so there’s something for everyone if you sign up and keep an eye on the new tests! Sign up for that here.
