Magic Freebies 2021 Audience Survey Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to adults resident in the UK (“Participants”).
  2. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw Participants must complete the Magic Freebies survey by 11:59pm on 31 August 2021. Upon completing the survey, they will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  3. This prize draw is not open to employees of Magic Freebies and their families, Magic Freebies’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
  4. This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  5. The winner will be selected and announced by 30 September 2021.
  6. Five winners will receive a prize of a £20 Retro Sweets Hamper
  7. The winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person at Magic Freebies's agency by 30 September 2021 ("Draw Date").
  8. The winner will be contacted by Magic Freebies via their email address within one month of the Draw Date.  If the winner does not reply within 14 days Magic Freebies reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
  9. Magic Freebies will send the prize to the winner’s address within one month of the Draw Date.
  10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  11. Magic Freebies reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Magic Freebies control makes it necessary to do so.
  12. The decision of Magic Freebies regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  13. Magic Freebies must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Magic Freebies will make available the surname and country of the prize winner if requested via magicfreebiesuk.co.uk/contact-the-team
  14. By entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and any other prize draw requirements set out in the prize draw materials. Magic Freebies reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  15. Magic Freebies reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  16. Insofar as is permitted by law,Magic Freebies or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Magic Freebies, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  17. By entering into this prize draw, participants agree that Magic Freebies, and any agencies acting on its behalf, may process any personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address, telephone numbers and photographs) for the purposes of running this prize draw. This may include publication of your name to other entrants if you are a winner of the prize draw. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties outside of the Magic Freebies group or transferred outside the EU without suitable safeguards in place, including in relation to international transfers.
  18. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  19. Any tax implications from the winning of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
  20. These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
