Free Sunny Dancer Cinema Tickets
Fancy a free cinema trip this summer? Sunny Dancer is screening at local cinemas across the UK on 27th and 28th July 2026 — completely free, thanks to Escapes, a BFI initiative supported by National Lottery funding.
The film follows 17-year-old Ivy, who after beating cancer finds herself reluctantly sent to a summer camp for young people affected by the disease. It stars Bella Ramsey, Jessica Gunning, Neil Patrick Harris and James Norton, and is rated BBFC 15. Screenings include descriptive subtitles. Locations span England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — from Romford and Birmingham to Kirkwall and Derry — so there's a good chance your local is on the list.
