Free Gardening Workshops for Children at Dobbies
Dobbies is hosting free Little Seedlings gardening workshops for children aged 4–10, offering a fun and educational day out for the whole family. This month it is a Christmas Tree recycling workshop.
By taking part, children automatically become members of the Little Seedlings Club, where they’re encouraged to learn about gardening, wildlife, plants and the environment in a friendly, hands-on setting.
Workshops take place on the first Sunday of every month, with extra sessions during school holidays. Each workshop uses games and creative activities to spark curiosity and teach new skills that can be continued at home.
Every child receives a welcome pack with stickers, an activity folder and an attendance card, plus certificates after their 3rd, 6th and 12th workshops. A brilliant way to nurture young green fingers.
