Refer a friend terms and conditions

Refer a friend reward scheme terms:

1. The refer a friend scheme is an ongoing offer, however Prezzo reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
2. This promotion is open to all Prezzo members aged 18 or above. Access to your unique sharing link (and therefore the promotion) is only available by clicking through a refer a friend email Prezzo sends to you.
3. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or Facebook or any other form of social media. By entering this Promotion, Users are providing information to Prezzo and not to Twitter or Facebook and agree to release Twitter and Facebook from any liability associated with the Promotion.
4. For every friend a user refers that is new to Prezzo the user will receive £10 when they have redeemed their voucher code in a Prezzo restaurant.  This will be sent via an email following confirmation of the visit.  A separate email with the offer code will be sent for every friend successfully referred, only one voucher code can be used per bill.
5. For every friend a user refers that is an existing Prezzo customer the user will receive £5 when they have redeemed their voucher code in a Prezzo restaurant.  This will be sent via an email following confirmation of the visit.  A separate email with the offer code will be sent for every friend successfully referred, only one voucher code can be used per bill.
6. Every new friend a user refers will receive a £10 Prezzo voucher code. Existing Prezzo customers that are referred will receive a £5 Prezzo voucher code.
7. To qualify as a ‘new to Prezzo’ the user must not already be signed up to Prezzo communications.
8. All rewards hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

Terms for the reward and referral vouchers are below:

• Each code is unique and available for single use. One code is valid for the whole table. Codes are checked against a live database and incorrect or previously used codes will not be accepted. Offer valid Sunday to Friday, excludes Saturdays. It is valid for 60 days from issuance. Special Day Exclusions: Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. The offer is not valid December 12th – to January 2^nd , New Year’s Eve (31st December) and New Year’s Day 1st January.
• Site Exclusions: It is not valid at King’s Cross Station Northumberland Avenue, St Martins Lane, Glass House Street.
• Your code entitles you to £5/10 off your bill (dependent on new or existing to Prezzo), with a minimum spend of £20, valid at Prezzo restaurants only. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, set menu, Tesco tokens or takeaway sales.
