‘What’s in the bag?’
This bag and its contents can be used every day to develop your little ones talking skills. ‘What’s in the bag?’ is a great game to play with your little ones. So, what is in the bag?
- Ring bound double sided activity cards
- Crayons
- Bottle of bubbles
- Drink cup
- Scarf
Sometimes as parents we think our little ones need expensive toys to help them to develop and make them happy. The truth is, simple, low cost activities like this one is all your children need. The interaction with you is what really matters.
Not only will your child love the surprise when you pull each item out and say what each item is, there are lots of other great simple ideas for games on the activity cards and on the BBC Tiny Happy People website.
Children love it when you chat, play and sing with them and these activities do so many other amazing things for your little one like:
- Help make them happy
- Help grow their brains
- Teach them new words
Your child loves hearing your voice so whatever is in the bag, chat about it. The more words they hear the easier it is for them to recognise words in the future.
