Win beautiful make up - so pure you could eat it

In case you’ve been away on another planet (or a digital detox), we have just announced the winners of our Beauty Bible Awards 2019. And, in a real beauty coup, Nude by Nature, a totally natural Australian brand, which has only just landed on these shores, scooped up an almost unprecedented ten Awards in all.
Nude by Nature (NbN for short) invited us to a show&tell breakfast and we were mighty impressed. As they say: ‘we worry about what’s in our food. Why not our make up? Ingredients matter.’ So NbN is committed to offering 100% naturally derived and cruelty-free make up. In addition to well-known botanicals (avocado and jojoba oils, shea butter, kaolin clay etc), there’s a bunch of Aussie secrets. We love the sound of anti-ageing Lilly Pilly, Desert Lime, together with Kakadu Plum, Quandong and Cehami (tell us more!).
Anyway, we took the products home, tried them, loved them - and sent samples off to our diligent tester panels to trial themselves (real women, real time). And, oh how they loved them too.
In the Lipstick category, for instance, Nude by Nature’s creamy matte-but-not-flat Rose Quartz shade (one of ten options) triumphed against conventional make up artist/superstar brands for its slim rose gold tube of lip wonderment. Testers loved that they were putting only pure, naturally nourishing ingredients on their lips. One non-lippy wearer said it opened her eyes to the world of lipstick and gave her the courage to wear it for the first time. We’re very keen on the easily stroked on, non-drying lip pencil to define lips and schmoozed all over them to provide a base for lippy, and our testers were too. NbN’s Sheer Glow Colour Balm waltzed off with both a Gold and a Best Natural Award, like the Lipstick: ‘leaves lips glossy and nourished but not sticky. Amazing texture, very moisturising for dry lips,’ found one tester.
Their Beauty Bible Awards also included Perfecting Primer, a vital and often forgotten stage, and Translucent Loose Finishing Powder, fabulous for a polished look that lasts and lasts…. (And no talc in that, obviously.)
