Great app
To start with when I downloaded the app it didn’t always work which was frustrating but for the last 8 months or so it’s worked perfectly and has given me a lot of savings. Get free pud after 5 visits and a free meal after ten visits plus free meal on my birthday😃and discounts throughout the year. Brilliant
Order didn’t send to the kitchen
UPDATE: used this app a second time today and it STILL does not send order to the Hollybush, Cardiff kitchen! Please FIX.
I have no choice but to leave 1 star review because the order I placed on the app didn’t get sent to the kitchen at the restaurant I was in. I ordered ice cream. Waited 20 minutes then checked email confirmation and bank balance to ensure all was done correctly to right location and table then had to go to queue at the bar to chase up the desert which they didn’t have anything on their screens for. Will alter review if I ever use this app again and it works.
Miss information
Seems today the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing, went for a meal today told there was no carvery order a meal from the menu. At the tables around us they all had carveries. When asked about it was told that our waitress had not been told that carvers where on. The meal we had was good but we had come for the carvery. Hopefully next time there will be carvery on.
