Our prize draw this week couldn't be more fabulous for life under the ‘don’t even think of a foreign holiday’ rule of Corona. So… we’re resorting to the power of our imagination and Guava & Gold’s gorgeously packaged bath and body collection.

According to founder Clare Price, formerly a successful barrister (inspiring career change there), her range was inspired by a ‘desire to capture unforgettable, exotic memories of holidays in the tropics’, which sounds pretty appealing to us.

So - just close the bathroom door, inhale the frabjous scents of tropical fruits and flowers and revel in this elegant and ethical collection. Clare commissioned fine fragrance experts to create blends using notes from pink magnolia, white tuberose, sweet vanilla orchid, orange and plum blossom and delicious guava and cherimoya… Actually just typing those makes us feel happy.

And when Clare submitted Guava & Gold Coco & Cherimoya Body Lotion for Beauty Bible Awards, our testers were pretty happy too. ‘Love the divine smell, like a tropical holiday’, said one, who gave it 10/10. She reported that ‘it sinks in nicely, leaves a lovely sheen and body skin feels really smooth. Legs look much more supple and soft, skin generally more even toned and smooth’.

Another tester tried Coco & Cherimoya Body Lotion with tanning drops and said it worked fantastically well. Several testers reported compliments on their skin. ‘As someone who suffers from bad skin to be told your skin feels really soft was something that had never happened before,’ said a tester, adding that her boyfriend also ‘noticed how sexy I smelled straight away’.

Coco & Cherimoya, soft peachy cherimoya and warm tropical coconut mingle with citrusy bergamot, and a bouquet of soft pink magnolia, vanilla orchid and creamy tonka bean. 

Coral Beach, an alluring fruity cocktail of guava, mango and pineapple with ylang ylang topped with peaches and cream.
