If you want to eat good food, you’ve got to put the time in – something we learnt growing up on the family farm in Suffolk. Biltong as tender as ours takes time. We use lean silverside cuts of British and Irish beef, air dried for 8 days – there’s no rush.
It’s tender and tasty, just not quick.

Clean meaty flavour - handy snack to have on the go
Tasty treat not somthing i would have bought before as dried meat 🥩 is somthing we brits tend to think of as meat left out or unwrapped in the fridge and normally thrown out. i would recommend anyone who hasn't tried it before to give it a try, it is i must warn you an acquired texture.

It's a but too chewy but otherwise tastes quite good.
I’m normally more of a jerky fan than biltong, but the more i try this product, the more i appreciate the flavour of the beef itself. the appeal with jerky is the sugar content, but with this, i’m really tasting the beef, and the spices coming through. it’s delicious. i’m not often converted, but not only do i prefer biltong to jerky now, but i’ve become more of an ember fan than kings.
Nice taste and great for on the go snacking.
A perfect snack. just the right amount of spice and would like to find them in the pub to accompany a pint!
