It's wedding / beach / having-to-prance-about-in-less-clothes-season - so I'm thinking I need to calm down on the Greggs sausage rolls...

For the sweet tooth:

an apple - 90 kcals
6 fried apricots - 100 kcals
6 squares of dark chocolate - 100 kcals
