The Golden Carrot Trail
Embark on a special donkey quest to uncover the golden treasure hidden away in the heart of the sanctuary this summer!
Starting 10 June 2024.
Running daily until 30 September 2024.
Opening times
The Sanctuary is open to the public seven days a week from 9am - 5pm, with last entry to the car park at 4:30pm.
We are a working farm and many of our walkways are grass, so please dress appropriately and bring suitable footwear for the weather.

Dog-friendly
Dogs are welcome at the sanctuary but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are also welcome in The Kitchen restaurant but please keep them under your table and out of the walkway at all times.
Please dispose of any waste in the bins provided.
Accessibility
We have a limited number of wheelchairs and two mobility scooters* available to pre-book. Please contact us if you’d like to pre-book a mobility aid for your visit.
The Donkey Sanctuary is a No Smoking (Including E-Cigarettes) venue, this includes all walkways and gardens.
